Safety Guidelines

Inflatable equipment is fun and safe when used correctly. Please review these guidelines before your event — and share them with any adults supervising the equipment.

Adult Supervision

At least one responsible adult (18 or older) must be actively supervising whenever children are using the inflatable. Do not leave the equipment unattended.

Limit riders to the number and weight capacity shown on the unit label and in the rental agreement.
Keep younger and significantly smaller children separated from older or larger riders.
Prohibit flipping, wrestling, or rough play inside the inflatable.
Do not allow children to climb or bounce on the exterior walls or netting.
Keep the entrance and exit clear at all times.
Children should remove shoes, eyeglasses, and any sharp jewelry or accessories before entering.
No food, gum, drinks, or silly string inside the inflatable.
Adults over 200 lbs should not enter units rated for children only — check the unit specification page.

Setup Area Requirements

Our crew performs a safety inspection before leaving your property. To ensure a safe setup, please prepare your space in advance:

Clear the setup area of rocks, sticks, sprinkler heads, and yard furniture — anything that could puncture the inflatable.
Ensure the ground is level. Slopes greater than 5° can cause instability.
Maintain the required clearance zone shown on each unit's spec page — nothing should be within 2 feet of the unit walls.
Keep overhead obstructions (tree branches, power lines, awnings) at least 2 feet above the maximum height of the inflatable.
Pets should be kept away from the inflatable area during the entire rental period.
Do not move or reposition the unit after our crew has staked it. Call us if you need a repositioning.

Power & Blower

Inflatables must remain continuously inflated during use. The blower motor must stay on and connected at all times.

Do not turn off or unplug the blower while the inflatable is in use — riders could be trapped if the unit deflates.
Keep the blower tube connection secure. If the tube detaches, evacuate the inflatable immediately before reconnecting.
Do not cover or obstruct the blower motor — it requires airflow for cooling.
Keep the extension cord out of traffic paths to prevent tripping and disconnection.
If the unit starts to deflate unexpectedly: have all riders exit calmly, check the power connection, and contact us immediately.

Weather Safety

If lightning or thunder is observed within 8 miles, evacuate the inflatable immediately and do not resume use until 30 minutes after the last thunder or lightning.

Deflate and evacuate immediately if sustained winds exceed 25 mph or if gusts exceed 35 mph.
Do not use inflatables during rain, thunderstorms, or any form of severe weather.
Wet inflatables (even after rain) can be slippery — wait until the surface is dry before resuming dry-use rentals.
In summer heat, limit individual riding sessions to 15–20 minutes and ensure riders stay hydrated.

In Case of Emergency

Call 911 immediately for any medical emergency.

Evacuate all riders from the inflatable calmly and quickly.

Unplug the blower if safe to do so (never if someone is trapped inside).
