We deliver to all cities in Johnson County, Kansas, including Olathe (free delivery), Overland Park, Lenexa, Shawnee, Leawood, Prairie Village, Gardner, Spring Hill, De Soto, Merriam, Mission, Mission Hills, Roeland Park, Fairway, Westwood, Edgerton, Stilwell, and Lake Quivira. Delivery outside Johnson County is available by quote — just call us.

Do you deliver, set up, and pick up?

Yes — delivery, professional setup, and next-morning pickup are all included in the rental price. Our crew handles everything from staking the unit to connecting the blower. You don't lift a finger. We typically deliver in the morning on your event day and return the following morning to tear down.

How much space do I need?

Space requirements vary by unit. Our smallest unit (Kingdom Combo) needs an 18'×18' clear area. Our largest (Jungle Run Obstacle Course) needs 44'×10'. Check the individual item pages for exact required space dimensions. Our crew will measure your yard during delivery and confirm fit before setup — we've never left a customer stranded.

What surfaces can the inflatables be set up on?

Most units can be set up on grass, artificial turf, concrete, and asphalt. Grass is ideal because it allows proper staking. On hard surfaces, we use sandbag anchors. Some larger units (particularly ones with water slides) require grass or turf. Check each unit's spec page for its specific allowed surfaces. Gravel is allowed for select units.

How does payment work?

Full payment is collected at the time of booking online. There's no separate deposit — just a single charge when you confirm your reservation. We accept all major credit and debit cards. For corporate or large events, please contact us to discuss payment options.

Question 6

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Accepted Answer

We understand that plans change. Cancellations made at least 7 days before your event date are free with a full refund. Cancellations 3–6 days out may be subject to a $50 rebooking fee if we cannot fill the date. We will always work with you to reschedule rather than cancel — just call us as soon as you know.

What happens if it rains on my event day?

Light rain is generally fine — most of our inflatables are designed for outdoor use. Thunderstorms, lightning, or sustained high winds (25+ mph) require us to deflate the unit for safety. If weather forces us to cancel or cut short a rental through no fault of your own, we'll offer a free reschedule for any available future date. We never charge a cancellation fee for weather.

How do you clean your inflatables?

We use commercial-grade, kid-safe cleaning products to sanitize every inflatable after every rental. This includes the bounce floor, slide surfaces, walls, and pool areas. Equipment is thoroughly dried before storage. Our units are then re-inspected before the next rental to check for wear, damage, and cleanliness.

Can adults use the inflatables?

Most of our units have a per-rider weight limit of 200–250 lbs and no strict upper age limit. The Kingdom Combo is designed for kids up to age 12 due to its smaller footprint. Our water slides, obstacle courses, and the Tropical Storm Combo are suitable for teens and adults. Check the age and weight ranges on each unit's page.

What power do I need?

Our blowers run on standard household power (15–20 amp circuits, 120V). Smaller units need one outlet within 50 feet of the setup area. Larger units with two blowers need two outlets on separate circuits. We bring 50-foot extension cords. If your outlet is more than 50 feet away, let us know in advance and we can make arrangements.

How far in advance should I book?

For summer weekends (Memorial Day through Labor Day), we recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance — those dates fill quickly. For spring and fall events, 1–2 weeks is usually enough. We do take last-minute bookings when units are available, but we can't guarantee your preferred unit. Booking online is open 24/7.

Do you stay during the rental?

No, we don't provide attendants. Our crew sets up the unit, does a full safety walkthrough with the responsible adult, and leaves the unit in your care. We're available by phone throughout your event if any issues arise. An adult (18+) must be present and supervising whenever children are using the equipment.

Question 13

What if something gets damaged?

Accepted Answer

Normal wear is expected and covered by us. Damage caused by misuse — including exceeding the rider weight or capacity limit, using sharp objects near the unit, or adult-only use on units rated for children — may be billed at our repair cost. We document the condition of every unit before delivery and after pickup, and we'll always show you photos if there's a damage question.

Do you serve parks and public venues?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we deliver to public parks and public venues throughout Johnson County. Park setups require a permit from the relevant city or county parks department — that's your responsibility to obtain. We recommend calling your local parks department 2–3 weeks in advance. We're happy to provide a certificate of insurance to satisfy venue requirements.

Can I rent multiple units for a large event?
